About the Project
The construction of the agricultural complex in Dubrovytsia involved the building of poultry houses with monolithic floor slabs. The facility’s design called for large floor areas with repetitive geometry and long spans, which required stable and predictable performance of the horizontal formwork at every stage of concrete pouring.
The total area of the formwork was approximately 1,165 m², and the actual weight of the delivered set was 26,577 kg.

The client required a complete set of horizontal formwork for pouring monolithic floor slabs in poultry houses with long spans and repetitive geometry. The main requirement was that the set be ready for use without the need for additional components during the process: the crews had to get to work without delays and carry out the concrete pouring consistently and predictably from the first pour to the last.
Challenges
The construction of large-area monolithic floor slabs (nearly 1,200 m²) with long spans required the selection of the most rigid and stable horizontal formwork system possible. The main challenge was managing a massive equipment fleet with a total weight of over 26 metric tons. Deliveries had to be broken down into clear stages, perfectly synchronized with the concrete pouring schedule, to avoid overloading the site, ensure rapid cyclic repositioning of elements between identical work sections, and completely eliminate downtime for the construction crew.

Logistics were organized in stages: equipment was delivered to the site in accordance with the actual pace of concrete pouring. The client was able to put the formwork into operation immediately without any downtime while waiting for the next shipment.
The optimally selected system allowed the team to work predictably: components could be easily moved between zones, and the repeatable design simplified planning and sped up preparation for each subsequent concrete pour.
