Building a global fast-food restaurant chain requires precision, strict adherence to deadlines, and concrete surfaces of impeccable quality. Budhub has extensive experience in this field, having already completed work on more than 10 locations for the chain throughout Ukraine.

Customer Inquiry
The client needed to implement a technically complex project involving a large number of different types of columns and a complex Floor slab structure, including a system of reinforcing beams. The key requirements were a flawless concrete finish and minimal deviations from the design specifications for the monolithic work (permissible deviations of only 1–3 mm).
Challenges
The main challenges were the limited space for equipment to maneuver on the site. Since the work was carried out during the winter, it was critically important to ensure continuous heating of the concrete in accordance with DBN standards.

To address these challenges, we developed a customized formwork layout. In particular, due to the complex multi-level structures with formwork beams, the number of shoring props was significantly increased—over 1,000 telescopic props were used across an area of approximately 700 m², ensuring the structure’s necessary load-bearing capacity under high loads. Along with the formwork assembly, we leased concrete heating transformers (TMO) and provided on-site supervision for their installation and connection.
Versatile Set of Equipment and High-Quality Deck
To achieve a high-quality concrete surface, we equipped the site with new plywood. Additionally, we provided the site with a complete set of high-quality consumables. Pipes, cones, and clamps ensured proper installation and strict adherence to the protective layer. Furthermore, the use of professional release agent ensured a perfectly light-colored and even concrete finish.
The
construction site had limited maneuvering space. Our team organized direct delivery without any intermediate transshipments: we used agile 5- and 10-metric-ton trucks that drove right up to the required sections of the facility. This significantly reduced the client’s logistics budget and allowed us to stay well within the resort’s operational “windows” (deliveries between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. or in the evening).

Result
Thanks to Budhub’s experience in managing projects for a global fast-food chain, we provided formwork in accordance with the plan. The concrete pour was completed with minimal deviations from specifications, and the client achieved the most efficient use of resources during the Logistics and materials handling phases.
