About the Project
The administrative building on the territory of an agricultural enterprise in the village of Tartak, Lviv region, is a single-storey building with an area of 1,300 m² with an atypical solution for this format: a high ceiling of over 5 m and a large glass dome as an architectural accent of the building.
It was these two elements that determined the complexity of the formwork work: standard uprights did not fit in height, and the dome part required individual cutting of plywood for flanges and radial sections. The Budhab team was responsible for the full turnkey package — from engineering calculations to delivery, return and preparation of consumables.

Customer request
The construction team requested a turnkey solution — full support from engineering calculations to delivery and return of equipment. The main requirements were to assemble the entire set in one go without stops or rearrangements, ensure accurate calculation of consumables with a transparent estimate for budget approval, and take into account the remoteness of the facility when planning logistics.
Challenges
The ceiling height of more than 5 m excluded the use of standard racks — five-meter PEP 20-500 racks were required, which are not available on the market. The dome part with a complex radial geometry required pre-cut plywood for the flanges — cutting on site would mean delays and overspending of material. Finally, the remoteness of the object complicated the logistics: each extra flight costs time and money, so the planning of delivery and return had to be precise.
For ceilings over 5 m high, five-meter PEP 20-500 racks were rented. The kit was selected so that the entire volume of work (1,300 m²) was performed in one go — without stops or rearrangements for the crew.
Due to the remoteness of the facility, logistics were planned in stages: each machine had its own route, schedule, and destination. The equipment was delivered and returned in flights — the client paid only for the actual time of use. No idle flights, no downtime due to lack of materials.
Pre-cutting of plywood for the dome — in the workshop, before arrival at the site
The plywood for the flanges and radial sections of the dome part was cut in advance on a machine in the workshop — in narrow strips to a specific geometry. At the site, the installers immediately installed the finished elements without preparing materials. This reduced the installation time and reduced the plywood waste to zero.

The Budhab team provided the facility with a full set of horizontal and vertical formwork, prepared cut plywood for the dome part, and organized phased logistics for the remote site.

Result
The monolithic works were completed ahead of schedule, despite the complexity of the structure and the remoteness of the facility. The entire volume of the overlap (1,300 m²) was completed in one go without any rearrangements. Pre-cutting of plywood for the dome eliminated delays at the site. Phased logistics with flight control allowed the client to pay only for the actual time of equipment use.
