A versatile framed formwork system for manual assembly. It is among the lightest in its class, weighing approximately 35 kg/m², with the largest panel (90×150) weighing up to 45 kg, allowing for crane-free operation.
Thanks to a wide range of standard sizes, the system easily adapts to the geometry of the project—from small private buildings to complex structures.
Different panel formats allow for precise customization to a specific project and minimize the number of additional components. Panels can be installed both vertically and horizontally, combined to form walls, partitions, and columns, and used as standalone solutions for beams and floors. If necessary, the system allows for the implementation of non-standard configurations and complex architectural elements.
The panel frame is made of 80 mm wide, 5 mm thick hot-dip galvanized perforated steel strip, which ensures corrosion resistance and a long service life under intensive use. The working surface is 12 mm thick multilayer plywood with a phenolic coating, which complies with DIN 68705-3:1981-12. This combination of materials increases the panel’s resistance to wear, moisture, and mechanical stress. The internal steel elements are connected using an interlocking method, which further strengthens the structure and prevents cracks and frame loosening.
