This event became a landmark platform for us: we confirmed our status in the Forbes “Next 250” list, and the company’s co-founder Daryna Grom shared with the participants practical experience in building a systemic business and transitioning from manual management to a clear structure.

Budhub on the Forbes Next 250 list

On June 25-26, Kyiv is hosting one of the year’s largest business events—the Forbes Ukraine 2026 Entrepreneurs Forum. The event brings together leading companies, CEOs, business owners, and entrepreneurs—those who are making key decisions today and shaping the future of the Ukrainian economy.

It was at this event that Budhub confirmed its place on the Forbes “Next 250” list and shared its management expertise.

What the “Next 250” status means for us and the market

Budhub has officially made it onto Forbes Ukraine’s Next 250 list. The competition was fierce: this year, the organizers received over 700 applications from Ukrainian companies. Today, this project embodies a new generation of Ukrainian business. While previous, traditional Forbes rankings highlighted who is driving the economy today, the “Next 250” showcases those who will shape it tomorrow.

For us, this status confirms that our approach, our resilience, and every project we’ve completed are changing the rules of the game in the construction market. For the future of Ukrainian business as a whole, this list serves as a kind of manifesto. It proves that even in the most challenging times, it is possible to grow, scale up, and set new trends.

From Chaos to Structure: Daryna Hrom’s Presentation at the Forum

Only well-established companies build reliable projects. This approach was underscored by the participation of Budhub co-founder Daryna Hrom as a speaker at an expert workshop held as part of the Entrepreneurs Forum.

A workshop titled “Building a Systematic Company: From Chaos to Structure” brought together market leaders to discuss the most challenging stages of business growth. The panel was moderated by Lyudmila Struk, a business consultant specializing in operational management with over 10 years of experience and the founder of the STRKTRA business school. Alongside Daryna Grom, Iryna Borets, CEO of USG Holding (which manages over 50 establishments, including IL Molino, Sushiya, and Tbiliso), shared her case studies.

The main focus of the meeting was a key point: most companies hit a growth plateau not because of a lack of ideas, but precisely because of a lack of internal structure.

During the panel discussion, the speakers identified the main management challenges:

  • Why chaos within a company is not a problem with the leader’s character or that of his team, but solely a problem of a lack of structure;
  • How to build a system that operates autonomously and does not require constant operational intervention by the owner at every stage;
  • How to properly delegate responsibilities and scale a business without compromising the quality of products or services;
  • How to build a company that grows not through the owner’s day-to-day hands-on management, but thanks to well-established processes.

Daryna Hrom, who founded Budhub in 2019 together with her husband Ivan Hrom, shared her practical experience with business transformation. Thanks to her background in the IT sector, she knows from personal experience what sustainable growth should look like in a well-structured company—and what consequences the lack of processes can lead to.

Building the Future Today

Budhub’s participation in the 2026 Forbes Entrepreneurs Forum and its inclusion in the Next 250 ranking confirm our position: to build reliable and large-scale projects externally, a business must be strong and well-organized from within.

Our team’s experience shows that the transition from manual management to systematic operations opens up entirely new horizons for growth. That is why Budhub will continue to expand its expertise and remain a reliable partner in both construction and the development of modern entrepreneurship.

We are proud to be among those who are building Ukraine’s future today. We are grateful to our team for their dedication, and to our partners and clients for their trust. There’s more to come!
