Last week, the Budhub team visited the world’s largest construction trade show—Bauma.
Bauma 2025 took place in Munich from April 7–13. The world’s premier event in the field of construction technology and innovation takes place every three years and traditionally brings together market leaders, manufacturers, engineers, and technical innovators from around the world. This year, its exhibits covered all key areas—from mining equipment to digital solutions in construction.
Over the course of the week, Bauma attracted more than 600,000 visitors and 3,500 exhibitors from 60 countries. In the formwork segment alone, more than 100 companies were represented, ranging from leading global manufacturers to engineering startups and service solution providers.
Key innovations in the industry were showcased in Munich, setting new standards for efficiency, safety, and sustainability. We met with formwork manufacturers from around the world and established partnerships with their representatives; we discovered new and alternative materials for formwork systems, as well as reliable solutions for formwork maintenance, including tools and materials for formwork cleaning and equipment repair. In addition, we brought interesting digital solutions to Ukraine for tracking and accounting for various formwork components.
In addition to the exhibition, our team was delighted to visit the production and warehouse facilities of our partners in Germany and Austria, where we learned from their many years of experience in process optimization and automation—and we can’t wait to implement these new solutions in Ukraine!
It’s hard to sum up our experience at Bauma 2025 in just a few points or figures. It was a week of exciting new connections and promising future partnerships. Our team is already planning to incorporate much of what we saw into our own processes to boost efficiency and improve service for our customers.
