Due to our company’s growth, we are seeking a strong Chief Accountant who can build systems, automate and improve departmental processes, develop the team, and drive changes within a fast-growing business—someone who is eager to grow alongside the company.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Chief Accountant in fast-growing companies;
- Expertise in setting up accounting systems in construction, manufacturing, and logistics companies;
- Experience managing accounting for a group of companies;
- Ability to systematize, optimize, and automate accounting processes;
- Strong proficiency in BAS (or another accounting system), M.E.Doc, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Personal Qualities: Systematic approach, attention to detail, managerial maturity, and readiness to take responsibility for results.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and controlling the full cycle of accounting and tax accounting for a company on the general taxation system (VAT payer, quarterly reporting, foreign economic activity/FEA);
- Ensuring the timely submission of tax, financial, and statistical reports;
- Controlling the accounting for the lease and sale of formwork, inventory (materials), fixed assets, services, and logistics costs;
- Controlling mutual settlements with clients and suppliers, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP);
- Organizing the physical inventory of equipment, warehouse stock, and other assets;
- Controlling payments, cash flow, and maintaining the payment calendar;
- Preparing management reports on revenues, expenses, cash flows, and the profitability of specific business lines;
- Participating in budgeting, financial planning, and controlling budget execution;
- Analyzing financial metrics, cost of services, and profitability of business lines;
- Identifying financial and tax risks and providing recommendations to management;
- Planning the tax burden in compliance with current legislation;
- Organizing the accounting department’s workflow, delegating responsibilities, and monitoring the team’s performance quality;
- Developing regulations and internal instructions, improving and automating accounting processes;
- Interacting with banks, auditors, counterparties, and regulatory authorities, as well as supporting audits and inspections.
