Framed formwork for walls and columns
Panel formwork for walls and columns is used for casting foundations. At Budhab, you’ll find the most efficient vertical formwork systems on the market — PERI TRIO and Doka Framax. These systems consist of a small number of versatile components and allow for the rapid formwork of surfaces of various sizes and shapes.
Wall formwork
PERI TRIO and Doka Framax are panel formwork systems for walls and columns of various sizes. The formwork panels feature a sturdy steel frame that is either powder-coated or galvanized, making them resistant to concrete pressure. Film faced plywood is attached to the frame on the other side.
The components of these vertical formwork systems can be used in both vertical and horizontal orientations.
Only one component — the BFD alignment coupler — is used to connect all elements in the PERI TRIO system. This coupler allows for extensions up to 10 cm wide and height extensions up to 5.40 m without the need for additional bracing elements.
A typical design includes formwork for walls up to 8.10 m high and 18 to 40 cm thick, as well as push-pull props.
The Framax universal clamp is used to connect the components of the Doka Framax system.
Both systems allow for the construction of monolithic walls not only with right angles, but also with acute and obtuse angles. Special hinged corners are used for this purpose.

Column formwork
For monolithic columns, smaller formwork panels are used, such as those 90 cm wide. With these panels, you can pour square or rectangular columns ranging in size from 20×20 cm to 75×75 cm.
The maximum allowable compressive strength of fresh concrete is 100 kN/m².
