Consumables for vertical formwork:

- PVC tie sleeves. Screws are passed through them to create holes of the desired diameter. They protect the metal from contact with concrete and make future removal easier.
- Rebar spacers (“star,” “cone”). Ensure the correct positioning of the reinforcement cage and the required thickness of the protective concrete layer.
- Cones and plugs. These are used to close and seal holes in walls after the formwork has been removed. This protects the concrete from moisture and improves the surface’s appearance.
Consumables for horizontal formwork:
- Chair spacers. These help maintain the specified height of the rebar in floor slabs. They ensure a uniform protective layer of concrete.
- Form release agent. Prevents concrete from sticking and extends the service life of plywood and beams.
Film faced plywood. The primary material used for floor slabs. It determines the quality of the concrete finish and the number of potential cycles of use. The choice of plywood (birch, composite, or poplar) directly affects the construction budget.
